Your main objective is to transfer an existing client portfolio of CHF 20-30 million in the best of time, and rapidly grow it while choosing whether to be involved in the wealth management part or delegate it to your team. Working flexibly towards defined prospective targets in key countries motivates you and keeps you going. Thanks to your profound knowledge of portfolio management and in-depth financial expertise (structured products, hedge funds, real estate, private equity, new investment themes), you are an added value for your partners and clients and maintain excellent relationships with them.
You aim to become a partner within a boutique financial firm and have the ability to expand its coverage. You have a sound knowledge of global financial market solutions and a strong client portfolio willing to follow you, as well as excellent client relationship skills, communication and interpersonal skills. You bring with you 10-12 years of banking experience and proven track records of client acquisitions and growing revenues. You are familiar with the legal and regulatory aspects of your field, speak English and have the relevant financial educational and professional background needed for this function.
