Based in Nyon, this position is central to the company's growth. Your role is to develop a modern and inspiring HR policy for today's and tomorrow's employees. You are involved in both strategic and operational aspects and are responsible for managing all HR tasks. In addition, you are responsible for developing the employer's brand by uniting employees around a strong and motivating corporate culture. You are actively involved in talent acquisition and integration and you implement processes for skills and leadership development. You partner with the management team to support and advise on all issues related to people management. By being close to your colleagues and listening to them, you create a climate of trust that facilitates interaction and cohesion between the different departments.
You are known for your ability to synthesise and manage both human and business needs. Your involvement and proactivity make you someone who people like to come to and talk to. You have excellent organisational skills and strong problem-solving abilities. You are open to change and innovation and enjoy interacting with a variety of personalities. Your proven experience in a global HR function or as an HRBP adds to your desire to implement the strategy that you will have defined with the management team. Ideally, you have a relevant higher education qualification and are a native French or German speaker with a very good knowledge of the other language and English (min. C1).
